CST is derived from osteopathy, the cranial sacral system encompasses cerebral spinal fluid, spinal cord and brain. The bone structures of the cranium and sacrum are motile. CST helps to align the structures allowing for optimal flow of cerebral spinal fluids and communication of the nervous system, providing whole body alignment.
